These Terms govern your use of flexeoligamentia.world and any purchase of Zela Flow Endurance from Venmoor Supplies Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptable use

You may use this website for lawful personal purposes only. You must not misuse or attempt to interfere with the site's functionality, introduce malware, or access systems without authorisation. We reserve the right to restrict access where misuse is suspected.

2. Ordering and sale

Placing an order: Submit your name and telephone number via the order form. Submitting the form does not constitute a binding contract.

Confirmation call: A member of our team will call you on the number provided to confirm the order details, delivery address and answer any questions. The contract of sale is formed at the point of telephone confirmation.

Pricing: All prices are quoted in GBP and include any applicable VAT. The price you are quoted during the confirmation call is the price you pay. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch.

Payment: Payment is made in cash or by card directly to the courier upon delivery of your parcel. No online payment is processed and no card details are collected by us.

Cancellation before dispatch: You may cancel your order at no charge at any point before dispatch. Simply inform us during the confirmation call or contact us by phone or email before dispatch. You may also decline the parcel from the courier after dispatch, in which case the order will be cancelled and no charge applied.

3. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Zela Flow Endurance is a food supplement, not a medicine. Information on this website does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or recommendation. Individual nutrient claims are made per the ingredients in accordance with EU Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 and do not imply that the product as a whole will produce any specific outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for losses arising from use of the website or the product is limited to the purchase price of the product. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website - text, images, design and branding - is the property of Venmoor Supplies Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

5. Right to cancel and returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to cancel a purchase and return an unopened product. See our Return Policy for full details, including the hygiene exception for opened packaging.

6. Dispute resolution

If a resolution cannot be reached, you may refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution provider or pursue a claim through the courts of England and Wales.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where you are resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case the courts of your home nation will have jurisdiction.
